I was able to use readw from TPP 3.4 to convert some RAW files to
mzXMLs. However I updated to TPP 4.0.2 and now a few of those RAW
files cause readw to crash. I tried the readw from TPP 4.2.0 and that
crashes as well. Note that the crash only happens when I use the
centroid option with readw, it works when I omit that option. I am
able to search the RAWs with the centroid option using the old readw
from TPP 3.4. I would be happy to upload some of the RAW files so you
can examine them. Please let me know where to upload them to. Thanks!
