Hi MIchelle, This program was not tested under Vista, and I'm not sure if it works. I recommend XP or 2003 if you have access. But some quick checks: do you have Waters MassLynx installed on the same machine, and can you open the file in question under MassLynx? Also, I'm not sure if you're using the web interface or the command line, but if the second, can you type "massWolf" with no arguments and see if it gives a usage statement?
