Hi All, I was wondering if X!Tandem could properly support searching of ETD- based data? If yes, is this true whether we use the native scoring or the k-scoring algorithms? (If there's even any blogs/documentation etc on what parameters are recommended for searching ETD data using X! Tandem, that'd be great.)
