I don't understand this: "I didn't put zlib1.dll into the ReAdW.exe directory. I put zlib1.dll into the ReAdW folder."
"Directory" and "folder" are synonyms. If zlib1.dll is in the same folder as the readw.exe you execute, it should certainly not give you that DLL not found error. You don't want to drag-drop zlib1.dll onto the executable file though.
