Hi everyone I have a problem about using ASAPRatio to analyse quantitative data of 18O in TPP 4.31. In "ASAPRatio Options" panel, I selected "RUN ASAPRatio" and selected item "c" from "Changelabeled residues to". At last clicked "Run XInteract" button to analyse isotopiclabeling data by O18. The detail error message is showing in following:
