Hi everyone,

I have a computer with SEQUEST and TPP installed on it. The SEQUEST
software required IIS and a different version of active perl to run
the Thermo software. I installed apache and configured it on a
different port. I also put the TPP version of active perl on the D:
drive. I change all the paths in the .pl files, and the path in
environmental variables, so that TPP is directed to the right version
of perl. TPP runs with SEQUEST and seems to be giving me good output.
I have been running TPP through command line and I would like to do
runs that go on for possibly weeks on end.

But the computer freezes after being on for about a day and I have to
restart it. My colleague stress tested the machine for weeks without a
crash prior to the software install. He believes that it has to be
something with either the Thermo software or TPP or the combination
that is resulting in the crashes. If anyone has any suggestions or has
any thoughts on this problem, please let me know.
