Quoting from earlier in the thread (caps added):

Just to keep you on your toes, MSFileReader provides the exact same files as 
Xcalibur (Xrawfile2.dll, fileio.dll, fregistry.dll), but THEY'RE NOT 
INTERCHANGEABLE.

To use ReAdW, you must have Xcalibur, which is not the same as 
MSFileReader! And it's not free. So if you don't have Xcalibur, 
msconvert is your ticket.
