Hi,

This is my first visit to this group...:)

I have installed TPP following the instruction as in
http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=Windows_Installation_Guide

Versions: ActivePerl-5.8.9.827-MSWin32-x86-291969 and
TPP_Setup_v4_3_JETSTREAM_rev_1

Everything seems to be fine till "Creating pepXML Files".

Issue:
a) When I try to access "PepXML Viewer" using
"http://localhost/tpp-bin/PepXMLViewer.cgi?xmlFileName=c:/Inetpub/
wwwroot/ISB/data/Tutorial/raft4041.pep.xml"
I get "Internal Server Error....."

b) further accessing the "http://localhost/tpp-bin/tpp_gui.pl"; also
results in same error....

c) Accessing "http://localhost/"; shows page "It works!"

d) I tried checking batch file "C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tpp_installtest"
which gives the below result, rebooting also doesn't help...

Please suggest...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
a quick check to see if the TPP installation process went OK:
checking path... should include "c:\perl\bin;C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin;"
OK
---
checking perl... should say perl\bin\perl.exe
C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe
OK
---
checking webserver... should say "`test.txt' saved"
--15:10:57-- http://localhost/tpp-bin/check_env.pl
           => `test.txt'
Resolving localhost... done.
Connecting to localhost[127.0.0.1]:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 500 Internal Server Error
15:10:57 ERROR 500: Internal Server Error.

could not get file from http://localhost/tpp-bin - is webserver
running and perl installed?
if web server is running and perl is installed try a reboot
Press any key to continue . . .
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
