Hello, Could someone tell me where some of the spectra/icon/images are located/written to in the default tpp directory hierarchy (and where I go to change it)? After running xinteract, I can open *.pep.shtml and *.prot.shtml. In the *.pep.shtml, I can open the Pep3D (if i give "other" write permission in that folder) but I cannot view any spectra in COMET Spectrum view and I get the following error:

Finally, the model results for PeptideProphet will not display (maybe something to do with /tpp/cgi-bin/ModelParser not having some permission?
