Now when I do the peptide and protein analyse, there are the following error information coming out: running: "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/DatabaseParser "interact.pep.xml"" command completed in 11 sec Error: multiple databases referenced by input files: C:\Xcalibur\database\sprot_57.12_human_both.fasta,C:\Xcalibur\database\uniprot\uniprot_15.12\sprot_57.12_human_both.fasta Only ONE database must be specified

Just because the file is so big and really took me long time to finish the pep.xml. Thank you for your help!
