Hi: i am trying to created decoy library using spectraST. I succeed with a small library from NIST (the chicken library), but when i try it on a larger library like the yeast one, spectraST seems got stuck and did not return, here is a sample command from terminal
spectrast.exe -cAD -cc -cy1 -cNNITST_yeast_decoy NIST_yeast_IT_v3.0_2009-05-04.splib SpectraST started at Fri Apri ..... Generating DECOY to "NIST_yeast_IT_v3.0_2009-05-04.split".
