Hi,

I have an error with the TPP (v4.6.3, but also in other versions I have
built in the past). This is an error on both Linux(CentOS) and Windows 7.

During building on Linux, I have to go in and manually remove "qw("
commands in the tpp_models.pl script (and a couple others) and replace them
with the non-qw, regular quoted versions of the variable calls, otherwise
the 'make' will fail. I have had to do this for both 4.6.2 and 4.6.3. Its
not a big deal, and I assumed it was something specific to my system so I
never reported it. However, today on my windows system running 4.6.3 I
noticed in the xinteract output the lines:

running: "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/tpp_models.pl "interact.pep.xml""
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated at
C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/tpp_models.pl line 630.
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated at
C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/tpp_models.pl line 884.
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated at
C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/tpp_models.pl line 941.
Use of qw(...) as parentheses is deprecated at
C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/tpp_models.pl line 1007.

These are the exact instances I have to go in and reformat in the Linux
build.

It doesn't really seem to make any difference on Windows, as in it doesnt
throw an error. So I just thought I would give a heads up as I didn't see
this mentioned anywhere else.

Cheers,
Chris
