Between the release of boost 1_45_0 and now TIME_UTC has been defined as a constant in C11. Unfortunately this means that the Boost version included in 4-6-2 and 4-6-3 (and assumedly other versions, but I have not checked) will not compile with gcc version 4.7.3. See https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/6940 for more details. After some hunting I found that it will compile by replacing all references to TIME_UTC with TIME_UTC_ in xtime.hpp. This fixes the rather nasty bug on line 23 "TIME_UTC=1" where the compiler balks at trying to assign an integer to a constant.
