Hello, I have just completed a fresh installation of TPP on Winodows 7 Unlitamate 32-bit and I cannot convert Thermo raw data to MzML.
The message I get is: - c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Thermo_Raw/Human_Plasma/19510-perci-PLASMA-41905-3817-a.mzML (*file not found:* not created or deleted?) Any ideas?? Thanks in advance K.
