Hi, I'm installing TPP 4.7 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux server and am running into some problems with Petunia accessing the data directory. I figure the ownership should be apache, based on the entry in /etc/groups, and permissions are 750. However, Petunia cannot read or write to /usr/local/tpp/data.
I noticed after compile and install, the TPP wasn't installed in /usr/local/tpp, but rather were installed in /usr/local/. And then the directories were named e.g. tppcgi-bin, tpphtml etc. I moved them into the tpp directory, adjusted the tpp_gui_config.pl file and the virtual hosts section of httpd.conf to reflect the new directory names, and guessed to change the alias names to correspond. I didn't change the data directory alias. For a RHEL, what should the ownership be for the tpp and data directories, and where can I find the alias names used by petunia for these directories? Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Brian -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
