That's a good question -- I didn't think of the Amazon images.
Recently I've started maintaining "READMEs" on the images with their
contents. The latest, for 4.6.3 outlines the versions installed:

If its lacking any information that you need please let me know and
I'll add it. Also if you have any suggestions of additional software
to the images just let me know.
I'm also preparing a 4.7.0 image and should have it up shortly.

Myrimatch and Inspect are not part of TPP distribution itself but
they are available on the amazon TPP image.

By asking the version numbers I was actually referring to the ones
installed on the amztpp image. I assume that these are the same as
you provided under "internally used".
