I'm looking to use spectral searches to identify PTMs, akin to this article: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/pr401006g
However, it seems that the tier-wise scoring is not available in the latest TPP (I just checked out the svn and looked at the spectrast source). Is this option not yet included in spectrast, and if so -- does anyone know where the latest and greatest spectrast is stored?
