Dear all, I'm exploring TPP and trying to reproduce tutorial ( http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Tutorial). However, when trying to search either with X!Tandem of SpectraST, I get the following errors: *EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/demo/tandem; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/demo/tandem/OR20080317_S_SILAC-LH_1-1_01.tandem.params *
