Dear TPP team, sorry that I listed so many posts here, it's just been a bad day for me and my TPP. I have come across another problem with PeptideProphetParser when it handles a large dataset. I have a set of 60 Comet search results, all from one experiment. When I try to filter them and put them together with peptideprophet, it simply can not finish the job. here is a section of the error message:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. *command "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/InteractParser "combinecomet.pep.xml" "....60 pepxml files...." -L"6"" failed: Unknown errorcommand "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/InteractParser "combinecomet.pep.xml" "....* *60 pepxml files...." -L"6"" exited with non-zero exit code: 255QUIT - the job is incompletecommand "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\xinteract -Ncombinecomet.pep.xml -p0.9 -l6 -PPM -OAP -dDECOY ....* *60 pepxml files...." failed: Unknown errorCommand FAILED* RETURN CODE:65280 there is a .pep.xml.tmp.a14344 file instead of a .pep.xml file generated at the end. this tmp file is huge (1GB). Does anyone have a clue? Thank you! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
