Dear TPP team,
sorry that I listed so many posts here, it's just been a bad day for me and
my TPP. I have come across another problem with PeptideProphetParser when
it handles a large dataset.
I have a set of 60 Comet search results, all from one experiment. When I
try to filter them and put them together with peptideprophet, it simply can
not finish the job.
here is a section of the error message:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

*command "C:/Inetpub/tpp-bin/InteractParser "combinecomet.pep.xml" "....60

RETURN CODE:65280

there is a .pep.xml.tmp.a14344 file instead of a .pep.xml file generated at
the end. this tmp file is huge (1GB).

Does anyone have a clue?
Thank you!
