Hello,
I'm trying to compile TPP 4.8.0 on Ubuntu 14.04. I've successfully
compiled versions up to 4.7.1 (currently running) but am getting a fatal
error when it gets to compiling the XPressPeptideUpdateParserMain.o
Any help greatly appreciated.
