Ana, you can view the pep.xml results using PepXMLViewer. When you are viewing a list of pep.xml in your web browser, you can click the PepXML icon (blue color) to launch the PepXMLViewer, then go to "Other Actions" panel, where you can export your peptide list to Excel. For protein list, click ProtXML icon (blue color) to launch ProtXMLViewer, then go to "File Info" panel where you can export your protein list to Excel.
