Hi Brian, Are you using the decoy option in PeptideProphet, or the decoy database generator in Petunia? In either case, the underlying code does not make use of regular expressions, so this is not a supported feature. You'll just have to be creative as to how to name your decoy entries! Cheers, --Luis
