Thank you Luis! I will use the old viewer then. However, do you know why all the ASAPratio was presented as L/H? is there any way to view the view the results in H/L? Since the protein ASAPratio is a weighted average from peptide ASAPratio, I can not simply reciprocate the number. Thanks
