Hello Andreas, ProteoGrapher is a tool for graphically displaying protein lists. The one requirement it has is that protein lists have to contain Uniprot identifiers since it is based on GO annotations. We will add user defined categories in the future. This is a tool in progress so any input on it would be great. Have you tried to run it?
