Hi Andreas, yes, just use –p0 and no peptides will be filtered. i.e. don’t
set the threshold to “near zero”, set it to zero.

Dear all,
we are trying to filter a dataset according to Xcorr values but we are
constantly failing in doing so for a subset of peptides that do have Xcorr
values that are satisfying our tresholds but do have such small
probabilities after xinteract that even if we set the treshold to near
zero, these peptides are still filtered out automatically. Is there an
option for completely neglecting the probs for these peptides?
best
Andreas
