However, we are not able to build the TPP 4.8.0 on Fatdog64 (http://distro.ibiblio.org/fatdog/web/) because of the following error: /aufs/devsave/home/rob/Downloads/TPP-4.8.0/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/Quantitation/XPress/XPressPeptideUpdateParser/XPressPeptideUpdateParserMain.cxx:1186: undefined reference to `gdImagePngPtr' /aufs/devsave/home/rob/Downloads/TPP-4.8.0/trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/Quantitation/XPress/XPressPeptideUpdateParser/XPressPeptideUpdateParserMain.cxx:1204: undefined reference to `gdImagePngPtr' libpng and libgd are installed.
