Hi All, This is not a new topic but unfortunately I haven't found answer on the forum yet. We are running TPP v4.8.0 on Windows7 (64-bit). Our system is Intel(R) Xeon (2.67GHz, 2processors, 24GB RAM). We were able to process Mascot, MS-GF+, Comet, and X!tandem files and use PeptideProphet and ProteinProphet to analyze individual files. In the next step we try to combine the analyses using iProphet. We generated a giant interact.pro.pep.xml file (1.3GB). The problem occurs when we try to run ProteinProphet on this file (Error: This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way). I suspect this can be a memory issue and appreciate any inputs on this. If this is a memory issue, do you have any suggestion to improve the performance of our machine? Hope this makes sense. HFaz
