Hi, I just wanted to tell you that the Open Source data analysis software http://www.openchrom.net supports importing (not yet exporting) of chromatograms (not yet pure mass spectrums) in mzXML and mzML format out of the box. The project is openly developed and curated by the Eclipse foundation. Repositories can be found at:
