Hi, Dear TPP team and users, When I check my search results, sometimes I notice there are peptides at different RT values but hit the same sequence. The RTs can be more than 2 min apart, in some cases even more than 10 min apart, obviously they came from different chromatographic peak. I noticed this problem in Xtandem and comet's results, and also in my MaxQuant results. Anyone else have came across the same problem here? Any comments or possible explanation?
