Hello, I'm a relatively new TPP user. I used the guide: http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP:5.0_Installation to install TPP 5.0 on Windows Server 2016.
The guide says "no dependencies are required to install TPP on a modern Windows system", and I did make sure to check the ProteoWizard and ProteoWizard dependencies checkbox. The installer ran with no errors. After installing, I started to follow the tutorial http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Tutorial, and the very first step (Convert raw data to the mzML format) fails with this error: 'C:/TPP/bin/msconvert' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Looking in the C:/TPP/bin/msconvert directory, there is no msconvert binary.
