I know this question has been asked before, but the answer always seems to end up with 'use the input.xml file'). So, I appreciate your patience a with it again.
For clarification - is the input.xml file the ONLY way to pass parameters to the tandem.exe...or can it be done at the command line. The reason I ask is; I'm using a Luigi(Sciluigi) pipeline to call tandem.exe...and it would be much, much easier to pass in command ine variables than have to edit an XML file on the fly.
