Hello David, Which version of TPP are you using? What kind of data are you trying to export? This is a feature that we commonly use, and have had no reported issues with 5.0.0. Do note that after exporting, all you will see is the same PepXMLViewer window as before, with a small message (in red) that confirms that the file was saved along with its name.
