Hi Mike, Unfortunately, the instructions in BUILD_OSX refer to an older version of TPP. Since we have not had access to an OSX system, we have been fortunate to have members of the community provide us with these instructions. We will update this file as soon as we have an update; in the meantime, you can try to follow the Linux install outlined in the BUILD_LINUX file, and augmented here: http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_5.0.0:_Installing_on_Ubuntu_16.04
