Hello everyone when I determined protein ration with parameter normalize against channel 1 and normalize against reagent profiles busing libra, the results were quiet different. For example, channel two is 1,55 folds of channel 1 by normalized against channl 1 while 1.63 folds after channel 2/ channel 1 by normalize against reagent profiles. Should not it be the same?
