You should try doing google searches for the compile errors. And if you do, remove the minus sign from "-lpthread" or "-lm" because a minus sign before a term causes that term to be excluded from any search results. Another option is to quote the whole search string "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lm".
(I think there might be just one package that your system is missing. And if you really can't figure this out after doing your own research, post a follow-up here.)
