Hello, Were you able to get this search to work? One issue to note is the following:
Failed to open: "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ISB\data\parameters\isb_default_input_kscore.xml" Make sure that your Tandem parameters are set correctly, including the location of the auxiliary files.
