Hi, I was trying to use TPP 6.0 for an XTandem search, but the Tandem2XML failed. It said "Unsupported search enzyme". My enzyme was trypsin/P, so I set the cleavage site as [KR]|[X]) How can I solve this problem? Thank you![image: 螢幕擷取畫面 2021-11-12 115047.png]
