Hi there, It seems that the MzXML2Search function does not create .dta (and possibly other) files. Running the function from the Petunia web interface creates the folder but the folder is empty after completion of the task although the script seemingly finishes 'successfully' without triggering any error message. Anyone else is having this issue?
