Dear all, I'm sorry to bother you. I was trying to convert my .raw file to .mzML file and there reported a return code 256. It showed the followings:
unable to parse instrument model; please report this error to the ProteoWizard developers with this information: model(Orbitrap Eclipse) name(Orbitrap Eclipse); if want to convert the file anyway, use the ignoreUnknownInstrumentError flag What should I do to fix it?
