Hello Karla, Thanks to your bug report I was able to track down and correct an issue with tsv export from the ProtXMLViewer page. This change will be made in the next release. Meanwhile, if you can tell me the operating system where you are using the TPP I would be happy to send you an appropriate patch for testing.
