Hi Sue, This may be due to the (Apache) web server not running. It usually is set to run at the time of installation, but may require a reboot in some cases. When it is convenient, please reboot your machine and see if it works then.
If it still does not work (or have already rebooted), please see if you can manually restart the web server by using the "TPPTray" utility, described here <http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP:5.2_Installation#TPP_Tray> . Alternatively, you can control the server by opening the Windows Task Manager, selecting the "Services" tab, and look for "TPP Apache Web Service". Right-click on that item to bring the menu that allows you to start/stop/restart that service. [image: image.png] Hope this helps!
