I am trying to use the TransProteomic Pipeline to analyze data. It has been
working previously on both my laptop and my work station, but for some
reason it does not work anymore on my work station now. I have tried to
uninstall and reinstall, but that didn't help.

I downloaded the tool suite from here: http://www.tppms.org/
<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tppms.org%2F&data=05%7C02%7Cclaudia.staab-weijnitz%40cuanschutz.edu%7C554fcc9947cc467d85a808de5a227c34%7C563337caa517421aaae01aa5b414fd7f%7C0%7C0%7C639047301368071487%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=r2uqp1tq4shIlRtDTWBW8Ilx2o%2F4OAPMNZmPzDbXufc%3D&reserved=0>
When I installed and tried to use it, the tab opens ("localhost:10401/tpp/")
but I get the following message in the tab:
This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall"

The same procedure works totally fine on my laptop - but I don't have the
computing power I need on that one.

Your support would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Claudia
