Thanks for that. I have added the file which was missing. I was not aware of
the subfigure package being deprecated, I will look into that.

I compiled the spd documentation which I downloaded from the bitbucket
repository. Once I managed to install the 'minted' package everything went
smoothly but for one thing. Compilation threw me this error:
Package pdftex.def Error: File
`./tutorialsintro/3_figures/StandardProcessingChain.pdf' not found.
In fact, I searched that file and I didn't find it anywhere within the
repository.
Besides, the LaTeX package 'subfigure' is requested during the compilation.
However, it is deprecated and its use should be avoided. 'subcaption'
package should be used instead.
