I will try again and see what it says. It's weird though! I thought I
copied the whole error message

I am a bit confused. Is the default usage to not create the spatial
index? The help message says the output should be a SPD file. And what
do you mean by TL?

Anyway, I will check if building the spatial index works and I will
let you know.
