Yes, you were right. There is an outlier point which shows this blue line and
goes far below the main terrain. It appears only when the tile is indexed with
LAST_RETURN or UNCHANGED, and it doesn't with FIRST_RETURN.

So now I know how to get rid of these points in some particular cases. I suppose
that if the outlier point is above the terrain LAST_RETURN would do the trick,
wouldn't it? However this is not optimal with both lower and upper outlier
points within the same tile.

Although I have not used spdrmnoise yet I guess it removes those annoying
points. I will try to use spdrmnoise
