Hi,

Yes, I think it's a fair assumption the problem is with the Windows version of 
the SPD Metrics command - do you want to go ahead and submit a bug report on 
the Bitbucket repository.

In the meantime, I'd suggest setting up a Linux virtual machine and running the 
metrics command on this. We've made Linux binaries available through conda, 
more details are here:
