You’ll need to provide some more information for anyone to be able to help you.
Did you install all the pre-requsites? Were they installed from source or
through the package manager? What versions were they? Are you trying to install
the latest version of SPDLib (from the mercurial repo)?
Do you need to install from source or would installing through conda (as
detailed here https://spectraldifferences.wordpress.com/2014/08/06/dem-spdlib/
<https://spectraldifferences.wordpress.com/2014/08/06/dem-spdlib/>) be OK.
