HI Alex, I am not sure why that would make a difference and why the issue would only occur with some files. But, if you are happy to share a file that would be great, I will not share and delete it after I’ve debugged the issue.
No, you don’t need to worry about those warning unless you want to do something specific with the pulse structure. These errors occur as SPDLib tries to recreate the original pulse structure of the data but pre-processing of the data (e.g., noise filtering, cutting into tiles etc.) often breaking things about this structure in LAS files as it is not a requirement of the file structure.
