The current translator tool(http://spdx.org/system/files/tagtordf-1.1.3.zip)
may have a typo for "PackageVerificationCode" property.
When translating a tag file including "PackageVerificationCode", the following
message is shown:
Error creating SPDX Analysis: org.spdx.tag.InvalidSpdxTagFileException: Missing
File Name - A file name must be specified before the file properties
But translating a tag file including "PackageVerifcationCode", in which
"Verification" without "i" could be successfully executed.
When (http://spdx.org/system/files/rdftotag-1.1.0_0.zip) is used to translate a
rdf to tag, the output tag file include property "PackageVerifcationCode"
instead of "PackageVerificationCode".
