Hi Marc, We missed our original target of LinuxCon North America due to incorporating some additional feedback (including some feedback at LinuxCon North America).
Our current plan is LinuxCon Europe on the 21st, but there is some risk in having the spec formally reviewed in time. We should be sending out the spec for review to the SPDX Tech team this Friday followed by a larger review early next week.
